Our bodies are the compass to a healthy life, a life full of plenitude and grace.
Our ways of living have created some disconnection with our bodies’ need to live well. This can be reflected in the moments when we feel tired but we don’t rest, when feel hungry but do not eat, feel the need to be loved but we don’t show it, or perhaps we rest, we eat, we love but we do not feel the pleasure of those exquisite moments in life.
Connecting with pleasure is a wise way for our bodies to guide us back to what naturally feels gentle, wonderful, beautiful and sacred beyond any limitation society and culture impose on us.
Join us for a morning of Biodanza—a celebration of music, movement and human connection—where we can find and feel pleasure in the little moments that unfold before us every day.

In a session, you will be invited to dance individually, in pairs and in groups. The Biodanza group is a safe container, respecting the individuality of everybody.
