Welcome to Biodanza, the “dance of life”. Practiced all around the world, this is dance for anyone. Movement for how you feel, not how you look. There are no steps to learn, no mirrors and no way to get it wrong.
With regular practice, you’ll experience more joy and vitality, greater self-expression and deeper connections with yourself, life and other people.
