DESCRIPTION:Welcome to our Brisbane Biodanza Workshop 2025 series!\n\nThis workshop delves into the depths of the sacredness of life and the sacredness of human connections. Natural connections occur every day inside us and outside us. Our brain\, our lungs\, our gut\, or heart\, all our parts are connected to make our bodies function in harmony. Our neurons make billions of connections to make sense of the world\, to be creative\, to have empathy.This same orchestration is also happening outside us. We connect with others and nature creating a beautiful and sacred symphony. Nourishing these connections and bonding are vital for our well-being.\nThis workshop offers us an opportunity to repair and nourish connections and strengthen the relationships that are important to us.\n\nWorkshop outline:9:30 am – 10:00 am Introduction to Biodanza (for newcomers)10:00 am – 12 pm Biodanza session 1 (initial exploration of workshop theme)12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Lunch and time for nurturing and sharing (bring a plate if you feel called)1:00 pm – 3:30 pm Biodanza session 2 (deep dive into the workshop theme)\n\nExchange:1st session + shared lunch x$452 sessions + shared lunch x$80\n\nNew to Biodanza?If you are doing Biodanza for the first time\, we suggest you attend the 1st Session and then decide if you would like to stay for the second session. DESCRIPTION:Biodanza in Brisbane 2024\n\nAbout\nJoin us for a special morning of Biodanza in Brisbane! Come and hear a fascinating presentation by Jenny Guevara – Biodanza: A gleam of light (a view on how technology impacts humans and how Biodanza can help). It is her thesis presentation for the final stage of her facilitator training. This will be followed by a Biodanza session with Kate Clement visiting from Canberra.
