DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Biodanza in Northern Rivers – a regular offering in Brunswick Heads.Each week each person in the community gathered will bring their unique identity to the circle. Together we dance/move for ourselves to integrate all parts of ourselves and together we dance and move to integrate a humanity that is whole and connected\, kind and loving\, accepting and authentic. Each week a new “theme” will be introduced so every session has its own possibility of integration.If you’ve never heard of Biodanza and are curious to know more then please feel free to explore the community website www.biodanza.com.au AND I will say that for me and many\, it is best EXPERIENCED!!!Briefly\, however you will arrive into a warm\, open and accepting space. You will have time to settle and sit in a circle to hear the invitation of the session based on the biocentric principles of Biodanza. And then we will dance … no choreography steps\, and nothing to follow or “get right” … purely invitations to encourage you to express yourself in the way that you need.Come with comfy clothes that you like to move in and no shoes are required (and barefoot recommended).This is a place to connect\, open\, feel yourself\, express yourself as you are in the moment and most importantly a place to simply BE.You will be taken through a journey of movement that intends to nourish each person in the very best way possible.\nI will be your facilitator. My name is Tracy-Kim and I look forward to connecting with this community and sharing this system of movement and holistic integration with this community. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to a series of Biodanza Workshops with Internationally “in demand” teachers.\nThis mini workshop is open to new and long time Biodanza participants. \nThe THEME is one of Love and connection as the keys which unite us to our human loving geometry. The biological drive for cooperation\, integration and solidarity derives from the conservation instincts of the species. In human beings\, it manifests in altruistic feelings that are in the genesis of love. \nIn the synchronised pulsation of moving bodies\, love takes shape\, revealing the unity that lives in us\, a living force that generates us\, supports us\, and transforms us. \nAll information & Tickets: https://www.trybooking.com/DIJGB\nFb event: https://www.facebook.com/share/1Bg6Te7d5f/\nTo enjoy some more\, join us for session 2 in the afternoon in Elanora (QLD). \nABOUT OUR FACILITATORS \nIrene Sofia Franco and José Neves are Biodanza Didactic Teachers in Oeiras\, Portugal\, and Directors of the Algarve Biodanza SRT School (Portugal)\, providing training in 20 countries around the world. \nPassionate about life\, dance\, music\, nature\, travel and art\, they have immersed themselves deeply in various areas and approaches to human development. \nFrom the colourful complexity of India to the profound complexity of the Amazon rainforest and its traditions\, all of this has inspired and fuelled the growth of their work with Biodanza\, namely with Biodanza and Neo-Shamanism (an extension of which they are trainers\, as well as the Minotaur Project Extension). \nThey have been a couple for almost 40 years and parents for 23 years. \nThey have been developing various Biodanza workshops on relationships\, such as ‘The field between us’\, ‘Passion\, Love and Intimacy’\, ‘Biodanza for couples’\, as well as Biodanza and Neo-Shamanism: ‘Light and Shadow’\, ‘Ecstasy Laboratory’ and ‘Dances of Ecstasy’ and “The Prayer of the Body” (Biodanza\, Music\, Voice and Percussion). \nIrene Franco actively participated in the creation and consolidation of the ‘Portuguese Association of Biodanza Facilitators’ and José Neves is the former president of the ‘International Biodanza Federation’. \nAs an expression of her creativity\, Irene Franco restores and paints antique furniture\, and José Neves enjoys drawing and writing\, having already published three books.
