DESCRIPTION:Hello and welcome to this event!\nI invite you join the Biodanza in Sunshine Coast – weekly series\nWe will gather every Monday from 23 Oct ending on 4 Dec.\nAnyone over 18 years plus is welcome.\nI encourage you to attend as many sessions as possible but if you can only attend one or two it is totally ok.\nAbout Biodanza:\nBiodanza is practiced through sessions that involve music\, dance and group encounters to support your innate potential to be healthy and well. It involves attending regular or casual weekly classes that go for 1.5-2 hours.\nEach session looks like this:\n15-20 min Chech-in and introduction to the theme\n1 to 1.5 hours of dance!!\nPlease bring comfortable clothe and a bottle of water.\nAbout your biodanza facilitator:\nJenny is originally from Colombia and moved to Australia in 2012. She discovered Biodanza in 2014. After witnessing the positive impacts of Biodanza in her everyday life she decided to become a facilitator and completed her training in May 2022.\nShe currently facilitates Biodanza in Brisbane and in the Sunshine Coast.\nJenny is passionate about dancing and believes in the importance of body movement and social connections in people’s life.
