DESCRIPTION:When we watch the news\, scroll on social media\, and tune into the difficulty and pain out in the world\, it is easy to fall into despair\, to find ourselves filled with anxiety and dread. \nWhat if there are other possibilities? What if we can find joy alongside the despair? Feel lightness when the world feels heavy? \nChoosing joy is rebellion in a world that wants us numb and overwhelmed. \nThis afternoon workshop with Nicole will explore these themes\, using fun\, guided movement and music in a group. It includes a brief introduction to Biodanza\, 2 sessions and a rest break with refreshments provided. \nThis is for anyone who loves to dance\, wants to express themselves more fully and those who want to explore themselves in new ways. \nBookings are essential.
