We also have internal rhythms\, instincts that guide our physical and emotional movement\, our relationships\, our choices\, and the way we live. The more we feel connected to our unique rhythms\, the easier it becomes to move with life. \nThis afternoon workshop with Nicole will explore finding our own rhythms in life\, using fun\, guided movement and music in a group. It includes a brief introduction to Biodanza\, 2 guided sessions and a rest break with refreshments provided. \nThis workshop is for anyone who loves to dance (or always wanted to but never learned!)\, those who seek to express themselves more fully and people who want to grow and explore themselves in new ways.
