DESCRIPTION:CANBERRA FREE OPEN CLASS\nAs autumn starts arriving in Canberra we are looking forward to running our next Free Biodanza taster at the dance studio at Lyneham Primary School. \nBiodanza is an invitation to dance with life\, to awaken your ‘joie de vivre’ – joy of living. It gives you the energy to face life\, find new ways\, learn\, grow and express yourself. All by doing something as pleasurable as dancing! \nBorn in South America\, Biodanza is an uplifting fusion of music\, movement and genuine connection being embraced around the world. \nIt is our pleasure and joy to share an evening of dance\, beautiful music and connecting in community with you. And if you know anyone that you want to invite – bring them along. \nClaudio Gomes and Kate Clement trained in Brazil and South Africa and they will be presenting this opening night supported by Peter Elliot and Jean Sum. \nThere will be a brief introduction to the Biodanza system and will then we will dance! \nEveryone is welcome. This process allows for stale old patterns to be transmuted and opens your evolution to express more of who you are and the gifts you have to share. She is a Director of the School of Biodanza in Australia\, offering personal growth and training future Biodanza facilitators. \n  \nClaudio Gomes has been involved with Biodanza for more than 20 years and has many years of experience with dancing the 4 elements in Biodanza. He has also studied the 4 elements through work with the School of Philosophy and out of his own personal interest.
