It’s the aliveness in our cells\, the instinct to live\, the joy of movement\, and the strength to keep growing and expressing who we are.\n\nIn this weekend\, guided by Sylvain Porée\, we will reconnect with this essential force – activating our inner fire\, restoring our energy\, and reclaiming the pleasure of being alive in our bodies and in relationship with others.\nThrough movement\, music\, and emotion\, we will awaken our biological optimism\, our resilience\, and the capacity to feel deeply present in life.\n\n Sylvain – With my scientific background as a computer engineer\, I sought to encounter people and life in another way. I practiced aikido for 25 years\, a pacifist martial art without competition. Through the practice of this art\, I have evolved my relationship with others through the body.\n\nI discovered dance as a meditation exercise in 2005 and then began practicing Biodanza in 2006. A year later\, Biodanza became essential in my life\, illuminating my relationships\, especially with my two children.\n\nI have given classes for adults\, children\, asylum seekers\, and people living with disabilities. In 2019\, I trained to become a didactician\, committing myself further in the process of transformation of our societies. Since then\, I have led regular training modules in France and abroad\, while continuing to offer weekly classes.\n\nI love to add my drop of water into the harmonious ocean of this world. To love living\, more and more\, and to share it; this is my project. DESCRIPTION:Tree of Desires 24-26 May\n\n\n\n\n\nTo follow the star of our desires asks us to mature beyond fantasy but also to keep contact with our inner luminosity\, levity and hope. \nThis is a workshop where you can connect to your deeper desires and wishes that mobilise you and nourish the roots from where they arise so you can might manifest them\, in life\, and in everyday existence. \n\n\n\nIt is a beautiful workshop in which each participant reflects upon their guiding star of desires and is invited to specific dances to “incorporate” the specific energy of these desires or deep wishes. Through individual and collective challenges\, we each navigate in the deepness of ourselves and access the organizing power of our dances. \n“A luminous and transformative ritual\, allowing us to regain our natural joy and motivation for life\, through human connection and freedom to express.
