DESCRIPTION:Nourishing the Roots of Biocentric Health and Connections\nAn Evening of Insight and Movement\n\nWe are thrilled to invite you to a special evening with Dr. Marcus Stueck (PhD Psych\, Leipzig)\, a renowned and award-winning researcher whose work has explored the profound connections between dance\, health\, and well-being for many decades. \nDr. Stueck will share many new and exciting ideas on relative biocentric health theory – a new and exciting work that is being published. It provides a deep and life-centered basis for the roots of health offerings\, a new underpinning framework for what supports life and wellbeing. \nThis evening may be inspiring for anyone who works with or is interested in health\, psychology\, human development\, and therapeutic methods\, including Biodanza. \nIt is a unique opportunity to learn from one of the leading experts in this field and experience firsthand. DESCRIPTION:Unfolding with Life – January 2025\nFriday 17 to Sunday 19\n\nLet your dance light your way into the new year in a nourishing and enlivening weekend of Biodanza. \nIt is easy to fall into the habit of pushing ourselves and overthinking and doing.  This can leave us depleted and block our inner wayfinding\, leaving us confused and uncertain. \nBiodanza invites us to recover a healthy instinctual base that can guide us with more joy\, ease\, confidence and flow. \nThis weekend is a precious opportunity to take time to experience this process.
