Biodanza Perth – A Valentine’s Dance for Yourself

Let’s dance to the fire, joy and love that we have within ourselves. Uplifting, fiery and luscious music and movement will enliven the cells of your body so you will have more to give to yourself and others.

**What to bring & wear
A bottle or water and wear comfortable layered clothing. You are invited to dance barefoot or wear non slip socks.

**What do you need to know
• You don’t need to have any experience or coordination.
• There will be brief introduction about Biodanza.
• It is a facilitator guided movement class. The facilitator shows the “spirit” of the movement and then you are invited to do you own free interpretation.
• The event is for adults (18+)
