If you are interested in joining, it is essential to first have a chat with us, and to plan to participate in more than one weekend. This continuity helps to build meaningful connections within the group, which is an important way of taking care of the collective. It also creates the trust and depth needed for the transformative work we do together.
- Human movement with Claudio Gomes (13-15 February 2026) – In Biodanza movement, the interplay between instinctual and graceful, conscious and unconscious movement. A fascinating weekend of exploring your movement potential.
- Transcendence with Naoko Tsutsui (20-22 March 2026) – Surrendering our ego and small self to what is bigger than us all through vivencias that expand our perceptions with Naoko from Japan, who brings wisdom and joy to this deep subject.
- Mechanisms of Action & Applications and Extensions with Kate and Claudio (Double Weekend – 23-26 April 2026)
A double weekend dedicated to understanding how Biodanza works and where it can be applied. We explore the physiological, emotional and existential mechanisms activated through vivencia, and how these can be consciously integrated into different contexts. A rich bridge between theory, lived experience and practical application. - Social Action with Kate Clement (22-24 May 2026) – Bringing Biodanza into the world as a biocentric response to social realities. This weekend invites us to explore how Biodanza can support communities, organisations and vulnerable groups, cultivating inclusion, dignity and collective transformation through lived, embodied experience.
