We will gather every Monday from 23 Oct ending on 4 Dec.
Anyone over 18 years plus is welcome.
I encourage you to attend as many sessions as possible but if you can only attend one or two it is totally ok.

About Biodanza:
Biodanza is practiced through sessions that involve music, dance and group encounters to support your innate potential to be healthy and well. It involves attending regular or casual weekly classes that go for 1.5-2 hours.
Each session looks like this:
15-20 min Chech-in and introduction to the theme
1 to 1.5 hours of dance!!

About your biodanza facilitator:
Jenny is originally from Colombia and moved to Australia in 2012. She discovered Biodanza in 2014. After witnessing the positive impacts of Biodanza in her everyday life she decided to become a facilitator and completed her training in May 2022.
She currently facilitates Biodanza in Brisbane and in the Sunshine Coast.
Jenny is passionate about dancing and believes in the importance of body movement and social connections in people’s life.
