We have had a short pause but are so excited to come back together for November!
10:00 am – 12:00 pm Biodanza session with Tracy-Kim and Gabriela (Jenny is still on her sabbatical)
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Stay for a shared lunch (feel free to bring some food to share)

The invitation of this session:
Life is an eternal unfolding of changing, growing, learning, living and even dying. There are inescapable transitions of being alive and they are visible everywhere in nature. We don’t always have control over the timing of change in our lives but we do have some choice in HOW we experience life throughthe myriad of transitions we are gifted.
Choosing from kindness, gentleness and love can transform every aspect of this journey we call Life. In this session we will dance our way through a living moment of being gentle and kind while Life unfolds!
What to bring:
Comfortable clothing and a bottle of water. Dance barefoot or with comfortable shoes or non-slippery socks.
