Brisbane Monthly – Self Esteem – A Journey Of Acceptance

April 28 @ 9:45 am - 1:00 pm AEST

$40
Welcome to the montlhy gatherings of Biodanza in Brisbane which are now open to both men and women!
Self esteem is an inner attitude that is generated by what we tell ourselves or what we have told ourselves in the past or even what others have told us about ourselves! Is our inner conversation one that speaks of our value, uniqueness and importance in the world? Is it kind and accepting of who we are – just the way we are? The true liberation of exploring self esteem is not to try claim soething we are not but rather entirely the opposite … an appreciation and acceptance of ourselves as we are. This workshop will explore with kindness and compassion, some of the pilars of self esteem that are at the heart of Biodanza. We look forward to dancing this dance with each of you.
