We warmly invite you to our October session called “Trusting Life”.
Life has amazing ways to support us in living our lives to the fullest. When we choose to trust ourselves, others, and life’s guidance, we may realise that we are not alone on our path and feel more peace and joy.
We invite you to explore how it feels to trust your inner guidance and surrender to life to support and guide you on your journey.

Biodanza session 10:30 am – 12:00 noon
Gathering 12:00 noon – 1:00 pm – Hot drinks provided, feel free to bring a snack
