If you love movement, making new connections and self-discovery then Biodanza is for you. The dances and music are specially selected for you to explore your relationship to yourself, others and life.
The health benefits of movement and social connections are numerous and include; reducing stress, improving mood, higher self-esteem, better immune system function, improved agility, balance and coordination.
What you can expect in a class:
- An invitation to take part in 10-12 dances to eclectic music. Dances and music are selected to match the theme of the class and the progress of the group.
- An energetic, joyful start to the class where dances involve interacting with others. Followed by slower, gentle movements to relax and calm your nervous system.
- Each dance invites free movement or guided movement that often doesn’t involve set steps.
- A safe and inclusive environment.
These classes cater for all age groups and abilities so anyone can participate. Biodanza is adaptable to your individual needs. No dance or Biodanza experience is necessary.
