M♡C is an on-line community movement experience for humans! From the comfort of your own home.
2020 birthed the love child of Biodanza. Necessity is the mother of invention- but we cant call it that(😂)- so
MOVEMENT♡CONNECTION
is born!
Everyone wants to live a great life. (If you don’t you are on the wrong page😁) Especially in these times of unexpected changes- some of the “ingredients” that we need is for some things that stay the same to support us for the things that change, . M🤍C provides us with both through having a regular weekly time to connect; with a diverse range of invitations for movements that assist and collaborate with creating both stability and excitement in all of our life.

Born in South America and grown to every continent, Biodanza is an ontological (art & science of being human) system founded in the biocentric principal of care of and restoring the sacredness to all of life
What does this all even mean?
It means a time and space to experience that we are miracles of life-we ARE life.
All you have to do is switch on your screen !
Biodanza is a phenomenally unique system that addresses fundamental aspects of being human – health, vitality, mobility, connection, emotional expression, trust, communication, identity, satisfaction, creativity, sexuality and our place in the cosmos .
