Weekly Open Classes are on a Tuesday 6:30pm – 8:00pm.
Commencing Tuesday February 20 and continuing every Tuesday evening until June 4 2024.
Biodanza is about learning to dance with life and rediscovering the pleasure of living.
Biodanza, apart from being a weekly touch point of joy and connection, is a profound system, that if done on a regular basis, helps to free us of our unconscious layering to support us to be more present and to be in the flow of life.
Rolando Toro Araneda (founder of Biodanza) states:
“Dance is a movement of life, a biological rhythm, the rhythm of the heart and of the breath”.
So, join us for a weekly class to feel, to laugh, to connect, to be alive, to do whatever your body feels like doing to wonderful music enjoying an intensely lived in experience.
