When Alana participated in her first Biodanza class in 2014, it stirred something inside her. It sparked a rich journey of friendship, self-growth and understanding that continues to this day.  In 2019 she joined the Biodanza School of Australia to become a facilitator.  Biodanza has helped Alana flourish by releasing the stresses of daily life and deeply connecting to her body, emotions, and instincts. 

Alana is a lifelong learner and in her free time she enjoys reading about the positive effects of social connection, movement and dance has on expressing emotion and regulating the human nervous system.  Alana is a lover of movement, yoga, nature and play.
