Lisa has been practising Biodanza regularly since 2019, and is excited to now be offering it to others. Lisa is very interested in ways Biodanza can help support people to connect more to themselves, others, and the world around them. She is particularly passionate about the ways Biodanza can help people access the innate wisdom held within their bodies and creatively express in embodied ways. Lisa's Biodanza practice is informed by her background as a breathwork and nature-meditation facilitator, artist, community engager and researcher. She imagines a future where people are able to connect more freely to their bodies, feelings and needs – and more easily access their joy, hope, wonder, creativity and curiosity of the world.
