Brisbane – Celebrating and Dancing Life

Life is full of beginnings and endings, interwoven in perpetual cycles. We change, grow, expand, and in that, we embody more of who we are.

In this last workshop for 2023, we invite you to celebrate yourself, each other, and what we are creating together, in a shared ritual to honour and celebrate our cycles, giving closure to what we lived and welcoming the new steps ahead. We invite you to dance life with gratitude and to dream big for next year.

This is a special 2-session workshop! Our guest facilitator Laura Espinosa will facilitate the second session. 

When: Sunday 3 December, 10:00 am – 15:30 noon
Welcome 9:45 am – 10:00 am
First Biodanza session 10:00 am – 12:00 noon
Gathering/Lunch 12:00 noon – 1:00 pm – Feel free to bring something to share

Second Biodanza session 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Tidying up/goodbyes/embraces 3:00 pm- 3:30 pm
